Mr. Digges is a management consultant to some of the largest associations, real estate brokerages and restaurant chains in the greater Washington, DC area. His responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, technical fulfillment of project objectives, training of client technical and user staff, liaison with other technical contractors and software vendors, data conversions from legacy systems, design of multiple outputs needed for management and post-implementation support to ensure successful project completion. Mr. Digges has successfully converted payroll and financial management systems for multi-employer organizations with diverse networks and technical architectures. Representative implementations include: The National Floral Supply of Maryland (with over 6,000 employees), Great American Restaurants, The Palm Restaurants (all 26 worldwide locations), Coldwell Banker Stevens Real Estate, The George Meany Center for Labor Training and the National Zoo. Mr. Digges holds a BS in Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. He is accredited in Microsoft Business Solutions. As a graduate of Great Plains University, Mr. Digges is certified in the use of Great Plains tool sets for Data Integration, Importing, Report Design and multi-media Exporting, including Egroup reporting. |
