ACCOUNTING FIRM HALT, BUZAS & POWELL ANNOUNCES NEW HIRE FROM FALL 2008 CAMPUS RECRUITING EVENTS

ALEXANDRIA, VA., January 14, 2009 – Partners Steve Halt, Mike Buzas, and Andy Powell, of Halt, Buzas & Powell, Ltd. (HB&P), welcome Ying Li to the accounting firm.

Prior to joining HB&P, Ying Li interned at Ernst & Young in Shanghai China and at Search for Common Ground in D.C.  She holds double Bachelor degrees in Economics and in Law, from East China University.  In her new position, Ying will work part-time as a Staff Accountant, while completing her Masters of Accountancy from George Washington University in May of 2009. "I was most impressed with Ying’s drive and passion for academic achievement, as well as, her enthusiasm and desire to begin her career in public accounting.
