ALEXANDRIA, VA. – January 23– Halt, Buzas & Powell, Ltd. has again ranked among the top 50 of greater Washington, DC’s accounting firms, moving from the 47th  spot in 2006 to 44th place in the Washington Business Journal’s2007 Book of Lists.

Managing Partner Steve Halt attributes the ranking to the addition of several accomplished professionals to the firm and the opening of their first branch office in Bowie, Maryland in 2006.
