Mr. Digges is a management consultant to some of the largest restaurant chains, nonprofits and real-estate brokerages in the greater Washington, DC area. He has over 17 years of hands-on experience in the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP (formally Great Plains) ERP accounting software.
Mr. Digges’ areas of expertise include business process evaluations, security auditing, project planning and scheduling, technical fulfillment of project objectives, training of client technical and user staff, liaison with other technical contractors and software vendors, data conversions from legacy systems, data extract for multiple outputs needed for management and post-implementation support to ensure successful project completion.
Since the tragedy of 9/11, Mr. Digges has assisted the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with many Information Security audits of high-tech and aviation companies utilizing FAA assets.
Mr. Digges has successfully converted payroll and financial management systems for multi-employer organizations with diverse networks and technical architectures. He also has helped businesses and nonprofits upgrade their accounting system to Microsoft Dynamics GP because of its SQL Integration, business intelligence, reporting, and multi-entity management capabilities. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, and has presented at various symposiums and lunch and learn seminars.
