Mike Buzas, MBA

Practice Director for Management Advisory Services
Mike Buzas began his financial systems career as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen & Company. Over the next fifteen years Mr. Buzas held increasingly responsible systems and operational management executive positions with such companies as MCI Communications Corporation, Thomas Havey and Company, and Total Business Solutions. In 1994 he became Partner and Practice Director for Management Systems at HB&P.
Mr. Buzas’ areas of expertise include business reengineering, design and management of financial systems, process innovation, system security and business development. His diverse range of clients includes: ARINC, American Airlines, The Boeing Company, UNISYS, Lockheed Martin, Flight Explorer, Great American Restaurants, Catholic Charities USA, the National Zoo and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Mr. Buzas is an active member of several business and professional organizations including the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, the American Society of Association Executives and The Army and Navy Club. He holds a BA in Finance from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Management from The George Washington University.
