Effective Ways to Engage Your Volunteers to Generate New Revenue and Resources
Are you fully leveraging the charitable giving potential of your volunteers? Research shows that volunteers are ten times more generous than non-volunteer donors. It’s a challenge, though, to know how best to engage volunteers as long-term or even “first-time” donors. There is no set approach to cultivating this abundant resource.
In this lively, highly interactive workshop, fundraising expert Derry Deringer and volunteer engagement specialist Elisa Kosarin will help you devise practical strategies for engaging volunteers in resource development. Using a structured facilitation process, the group will use its collective knowledge to build consensus and create volunteer engagement action steps. After the workshop, you will receive a summary of workshop results to expand your organization’s volunteer giving.
Presented by Derry Deringer (Deringer Consulting, LLC) and Elisa Kosarin (Twenty Hats)
