This workshop will help leaders from all size non-profits to identify where alignment issues exist in their organization, and learn the practical steps they can take to foster alignment and promote faster progress toward organizational goals. 

In this workshop, participants will learn:

  1. How to determine if your vision has to power to create buy-in from your team
  2. The 3 most common “people problems” that tank alignment
  3. A process to ensure your team can execute on your goals

Outcomes:

Leaders will complete a gap-assessment during the workshop to assess the alignment of their team and develop a 90-day action plan to achieve  their 1st quarter goals for 2020.
